Yates repaired my car after a bump and Ineas really impressed by their communication, customer service and seamless liaison with USAA. Their relationship with Enterprise was really useful - they were able to arrange pick up and drop off which made the whole process completely hassle-free

Rhonda and Katie did a great job with my VW. I didn’t have to do anything other than drop my car off - they worked directly with my insurance company and kept me updated along the way. They were even kind enough to drop the car off at my house when completed. The completed repairs look great!

Luis fit me in at the end of the day for an emissions inspection which was awesome. We have always had great customer service like this at Yates and appreciate having the shop in Kingstowne.
