I could not be happier with the service and work performed.

Just my luck, this was my second time here in less than a year. I was referred by my insurance company USAA last Fall and Old Town Auto did a great job with the repairs. This time I chose them to fulfill an estimate made by Allstate after one of their insured backed into me...and again I am satisfied. The workmanship is great and so is the service. I dropped my vehicle off and they called Enterprise in old town to pick me up for a rental car reservation. Old Town Auto called me the next day with an update and they were done by the time they promised. They even contacted Allstate directly for a part that was left off the estimate which I greatly appreciated not having to get involved with due to my busy schedule. As you can see from the photos, the damage is undetectable. I hope to not be back again anytime soon, but I would trust them with my vehicle in the future. Tip: They have a good relationship with the Enterprise in north Old Town (inside Sheraton hotel). Make your reservation and they will do the rest.

I have used Old Town Auto Body on several occasions and they have done exceptional work. They fixed my front end after a hit and run on my Suburban and it looked brand new!! I just got it inspected and they said it would not pass without a $50 charge for leveling headlights. I contacted OTAB and they instantly agreed to reimburse me the charge. Great work great business!! Thank you.

Had an accident. They were quick and helped me get a estimate for my insurance. They helped me get a rental. And their work was fast. Fixed my car in 1 day. I would recommend this place.

Went in for a quote and they gave me the cheapest one. The auto body shop around the corner was trying to charge me $25 extra to paint my mirror. Can’t wait to finally get my mirror fixed after this hit and run! Thank you!!

Fantastic experience. USAA approved shop and based on the Yelp and Google reviews I had them complete repair for minor bumper damage. Work was of excellent quality, communications were frequent (by text) and comprehensive. Work was done ahead of schedule and as quoted. Easy in, easy out! Very good experience.

These guys are awesome! They think outside the box to help save you money. We broke a clip on our front bumper, we thought it would need to be replaced. They fixed it in a matter of minutes with a simple washer.
